How do we know when we're just really tired? When we've got brain damage from a stroke? When it's stress? When it's not "just stress" but almost-crippling anxiety? When we're beyond exhausted? When we're empaths? Over-reactors? "just" an emotional woman"? Kind and loving? Just a selfish jerk? Pre-menopausal? Sorting through life during a pandemic?
Or, when life is just life, and sometimes the fan has metaphorically chewed up and blasted the poop all over the universe...?
